Just one point separates the two sides, with Altofts holding a game in hand, shaping up Sunday's fixture to be a big test at a crucial stage of the season.

Goals from Keely Franklin, Nicole Shaw and Courtney Kaye saw off Millmoor last weekend and propelled Wednesday into 3rd, but Lee wants to see more from his players:

"Millmoor result was a welcome 3 points, but we have to improve our performance and focus with the ball".

Altofts will also be looking for their third win on the bounce after successive wins over Lower Hopton and Ilkley, but will provide another tough test in a competitive division:

"All fixtures in this division are tough, Altofts are a very good side and we will look to build on last weekends performance".

There is confidence in camp that work in training can be translated onto the pitch:

"We look forward to the opportunity to take on Altofts, and hopefully take some of the work we have done this week in training into the fixture".

Wednesday can put themselves in a great position to finish the season in 3rd with a win. Kick off is set at 2pm at Altofts Community Sports Club. Lets hope for a positive result!
